Returns: For any reason you want to return/ exchange the dress, you have 3 calendar days to return/ exchange an item from the date you received it. Return article must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. If there is any sign that item has been used, your return refund will not be processed.

*No Returns will be accepted after 3 calendar days.

**No refund will be processed if article is used or damaged.

Exchange As soon you inform us about exchange, we will send you the return address. You have to get the parcel courier to us from any courier company. As we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If the item is found to be used, exchange will not be processed and no return will be made. (Please Note: Rs 200 delivery charges will be charged for exchange parcel).
